Locations
Locations show where your company works or is based, helping to group and understand things by place across your content.
Overview
Location management helps your organization maintain an authoritative record of key addresses and physical sites. Users can enter addresses through an integrated interface with a Google Maps preview and fine-tune coordinates for accuracy, ensuring precision and consistency across modules that require location data.
Common examples include New York Office (the headquarters for the North America region), Frankfurt Data Center (a core infrastructure site in Europe), and Remote Warehouse (an auxiliary site for logistics and inventory).
Core Functionality
We provide a central place to manage addresses and geospatial data with clarity and precision. Users can enter an address, view it on an integrated map, and fine-tune coordinates for exact placement. This supports operational, compliance, and incident response workflows.
Locations can be referenced across assets, risks, policies, and other modules, ensuring all teams rely on a consistent source of truth for physical addresses and related geodata.
Changes to locations are instantaneous, updating across all linked modules. The system maintains an audit log for full traceability.
